Help!!! i purchased my dog from a puppy shop!!!?

I recently purchased a shiba inu from a puppy store and I am picking it up in four days. I just recently learned that most of the puppies come from puppy mills. Now I am afraid that my puppy is unhealthy or is not a pure breed. she was very scared and shaking when i first saw her the workers told us it was because we were strangers that she went #1 & 2 in front of us. When we asked to see the parents they said they have no records of their puppie parents anymore. I am still going to keep the poor doggie but what should I do??? I am very worried that my puppy will get sick when it comes to me. If you have experience from purchasing from a pet shop please comment and tell me what I should do. Anyone else please comment also. Please help!!!!!
