Cheguei a pesar 78,5 kg e usar manequim Me faltava o ar, as pernas inchavam e doiam demais, espinhas surgiam no meu rosto E o pior, a formatura se aproximava! Procurei, de novo, a doutora Renata. Meu primeiro incentivo foi uma esteira que ganhei. Eu caminhava duas horas por dia. Passei tambem a preparar receitinhas light. No dia da minha formatura, tinha perdido a papada e 8 kg!
